ACEP guarantees the quality of its educational products. If you are dissatisfied with an item you have purchased from the ACEP Bookstore, a return will be accepted by following our return process as follows (Please see special note regarding computer products.):

• Contact ACEP Customer Service by email at  customerservice@acep.org or by phone at 800-798-1822. ext. 4, and let us know of your intention to make a return.
• Provide us with your invoice/order number and confirm the type of payment used for the purchase.
• You will be given a return authorization code (RMA #) that must appear on your shipping label. Use the "Ship to" address below. 
• Your RMA will expire and ACEP must receive your return within 30 days of the original ship date of your order. 
• Products will not be accepted after the 30-day deadline.
• The product must be in new, resaleable condition. Please take care to package your return so that it is received at ACEP undamaged. (It is best to use a service that can track your return shipment.) Damaged, broken shipments will not be accepted and will be returned to you and no credit will be issued.
• Please also include a written explanation for the return with the item.
